This place is massive!

CashChanger Singapore - Mustafa Foreign Exchange

This was one of the first places I knew I wanted to visit in Singapore. Words cannot describe the size of this place. By US standards, perhaps it's between a 24 hour Macy's and a Walmart on steroids! Here, you can buy literally everything. First piece of advice would be to familiarize yourself with the signage regarding where things are. Take a photo on your cell phone and keep it with you throughout your visit.

This will help when you are wondering where to find houseware items and beauty products or electronics and jewelry. You cannot leave Singapore without a trip to Mustafa. This place is quintessential Singapore; everybody shops here. It's a superstore that sells anything and everything.

From electronics to beauty supplies and household items, jewelry, and even a supermarket! Everything was very discounted too, but that comes with a caveat - a lot of their items are nearing the end of their shelf life, so I would stick to the non perishables here. It can get a little overwhelming to shop here, and SO easy to get lost, but it is quite the experience!

This place is B-A-N-A-N-A-S DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT come here on a weekend, and whatever you do, DO NOT come at night on a Friday or Saturday night. You will need a cocktail and a Xanax afterward. So, instead when I need to make a run to Mustafa I go at the oddest hour like 4a.

It nice and quiet and I can get in and out without feeling like I am herding cattle. This is like the Indian Wal-mart. They really do have it all. I've bought everything from a suitcase, or wireless headphones, to kitchen organizers, or a yoga matt, and pillows.

I don't really like the groceries, but I will pick up some chocolate or spices here and there.

It's nicely priced, and a one stop shop, just be mindful when you go! Honestly Mustafa is one of those places you have to see to believe, as I don't believe any reviews will do it justice! It's a massive, multiple level centre that has anything you could ever want. Baby clothes, toothpaste, fresh fruits, gold, electronics, ramen from all over the world, idk if you can imagine they probably have it. Best of all, the prices here are a lot cheaper than most supermarkets.

Must buys for me include kaya, Ovomaltine, Kinder hippos, and himalaya lip balm. There is soo much here. Literally everything you can imagine. I saw video games, cameras, luggage, chocolate, and if anyone has watched anthony bourdain. I bought a bunch of souvenirs such as chocolate and shot glasses. Worth a visit if you're looking for cheap things to bring back home. Mustafa is such a great place to shop They have Chloe perfumes, Victoria Secret body spray, all sorts of electronicssouvenirs, bags that looks similar to ahem One thing to note is that they will put a zip tie on any plastic bag you bring in to the store.

If its a big bag, they might make you check it in. I spent most of my time on the floor with food. The selection is simply amazing. Of course they have a great variety of Indian food, but they also have cookies from the UK, jams from the USA and a fantastic selection of sugar free cookies and chocolates. The prices are reasonable too. If you get tired from shopping and need to refuel, stop by Mustafa Cafe. It is outdoors- they have cheap Indian food and chicken nuggets.

This place is AMAZING! Each time I go here I swear time vanishes as soon as you walk through the door. We then proceeded to Swee his lovely female counterpart. All bags must be deposited at the bag drop or securely sealed here guys and gals. This is really handy if you need to leave your bag somewhere for a few hours though! As I walk through the door I am still in awe of how many things they have!

Stopping at the harmonicas - I have no idea why we did All staff are very friendly here - I love it. The food section is a must see, with so many spices it is almost overwhelming. If you cannot find it here, it probably does not exist.

You can easily buy all your groceries here and it is perfect for any international person who cannot find their favourite brand in the "normal" supermarkets.

I chuckled when I saw the huge sign saying "Singapore Souvenirs" and underneath this sign was a mug bearing the Union Jack flag - I swear Singapore is now independant Go and be wowed. Large and in charge. The mall is quite huge and spans 6 floors. Can find just about anything there, with food items in particular, from around the world. The sheer ridiculousness of being able to buy so many different things in one place can, and does, trump even the largest of Walmart's in the US.

Can be a bit exasperating if you go there and you know what you're looking for, as it could take you a while to find it, just through the sheer size of the place. Open 24 hours a day, every day. Quite convenient and located close to public transportation and the MRT.

Lots of dining in the area. I learned of this place from the CNN Bourdain show, Layover. Walked here from Little India. What one ought to do is get off at Farrer Park and walk 2 blocks west!! Much easier to do, esp.

Here i found my sandalwood soap from Mysore!! Also got the Tiger Balm liquid mosquito spray my cousin swears bybut the kicker: Cheap thrills Open 24hrs, with a cafe outside for cheap Indian chsi, kathi, naan, etc This place will make u frustrated if you don't enjoy Bric a brac, flea-type browsing, for the whole behemothal place lacks order if ure hunting down something v specific, and quickly too.

15 minute forex trading system of stuff, everywhere. Hundreds of same items Came in here to cool off while exploring little India. So that was well worth it. Found some nice tea.

Was surprised about the zip tie they put on it but they must take shoplifting v seriously. It was a maze inside and the hub says he gets nervous in those places bc if there's ever a fire we'd burn alive in there since so crowded and labyrinth like in there. Mostly reminds me of like flushing market or those huge places in Bangkok where they sell everything. I don't know that I'd go back since now I'm thinking about fire escape routes.

But good place to duck in when uncovered call options explained blazing hot outside.

You sure can't find something like this on the US. I came here a few times during my stay in Singapore. This shopping center is really big and there is a high chance that you tax implications selling stock options find whatever you need here. I am from Pasir Ris and most of the time I would have to ride a bus or drive to get here. Although it's on the east side of Singapore I still have to commute.

The trip is not worth it but the experience is. In Singapore it's hard to find a supermarket but this place stands out. The food and drink I need are right where they are. The ambience interactive brokers currency options the area is really good.

There was not a lot of noise and sometimes the stock market overreact pdf can be really quiet on the outside Drawback: Bring your own bag. The service here is absolutely terrible. It's like people are angry that you are caused stock market crash 20s here.

I don't even understand why there is such a terrible atmosphere there. Binary option economic calendar they have a wide variety of cheap goods.

Good way to make money in old school runescape if your on a budget and ready to deal with shitty attitudes from staff there Cabbie told me to see it before walk around, and sure was an experience. You can get everything you need to live Someone said that until casinos moved in this shopping center filed more tax than anyone else, and I can see why.

So is there anything special about this place? It would be a nice place to shop if I lived there, I saw some great deal on food items from India and other orients. Admission of that, hmm? Think of a place where you can find everything under one roof and make that place be open all the time 24x7. That's Mustafa Centre for you.

Located in the Little India neighborhood, this "mall" or rather a series of densely packed shops, has everything ranging from cosmetics to clothes to accessories. Basically, Mustafa Centre is like Walmart except that it's 10 walmarts stuffed into a space for 1.

The tight spaces coupled with hordes of shoppers can make you a bit claustrophobic at the start, but the key thing is to pick up a shopping basket, snake through those crowded alley-ways and drop whatever stuff catches your mustafa center forex rate into your basket. The place has multiple entrances, multiple billing counters, and is an epitome of disorganized chaos. But that chaos comes as a breath of fresh air for someone who's become bored with the mundane organization of American strip malls.

Tourists can waive sales tax on the goods purchased GST by getting a waiver receipt from the 2nd basement at Mustafa Center. Just take your receipt and your passport, they will tell you whether you are eligible for a GST refund.

Welcome

If you are, they will give you a validated receipt, which you can provide at the airport before you leave Singapore along with the items that you purchased and they will give you back a refund. The availability "always open" and product range is what makes this place a winner for me. Plus, seeing Singaporeans and tourists of various ethnicities walking about engrossed in their regular shopping routine adds somewhat of a local charm.

This place is okay. It wasn't the best place to find cheap deals for stuff you need.

We only went to one part of the of the center and I was done. I bought some tea and it was the same price at the market. Mustafa center forex rate guess the good thing is its open 24 hours so if you really need something you could go here. The Mustafa Centre is not a Shopping Centre. It is the Twilight Zone. It has to rank among the more surreal experiences of my life. This place is like a gigantic organism that has devoured every shopping paradigm and then randomly shuffled these models into what appears to be the most random market experience one could possibly conceive.

One minute you're walking by hair curling irons, the next moment, you're staring at Toblerone Chocolate flavors you never knew existed and then suddenly you walk by clumps of shoes for sale that do not even indicate what size they are. At times the place reminds me of Woolworths successful stock market investing 101 review other times, at others like some ghetto pawn shop only to change usgfx forex a glamorous upscale boutique.

It's hard not to think you're hallucinating while walking thru here because the interior design changes constantly. Juxtapose that with one worker comfortably and openly picking her nose behind the watches counter or another one just staring out into space in the electronics counter with an expression that says: I find this place fascinating because I loved to play hide and seek when I was little. This is the perfect place to disappear and never be found again as the place never closes-EVER!

Come to think if it, with that information, add insomniacs to the list too! If you like playing games, I suggest you do what Anthony Bourdain during his Layover-Singapore episode did: Then go to Mustafa and try to find it. You'll lose hours just like that as this place is a vortex that ingests time in clumps of 30 minutes. I firmly believe that there should be an Olympic Event where athletes must go to Mustafa Centre and race to find and purchase 5 different items with the one who accomplishes this the fastest winning a Gold Mustafa Centre at the fairest market price for gold Medal.

They're from Indonesia and they're verrrrry good. Company is called "Alfredo. It's a bit of treasure hunt and you're going to need to breathe and find your zen before entering. It's pretty crowded, especially on Sundays.

Mustafa Centre is a great place to find all of the western brands you've been missing since you made the move. This place is pretty ridiculous. I've never seen anything like it.

It's basically a hour department store that sells everything. When doing my what-to-do-in-Singapore research I came across Mustafa and read lots that it's a great place and can find anything you want. This is nice but when you get there it was a little overwhelming. You could probably spend 8 hours in a day here and still not finish oohing and ahhing at everything.

Since it's open 24 hours, we went at the end of our night around midnight and the district was still super busy! On a Thursday night! We spent probably 1. We bought some boxed tea and snacks as souvenirs but that was about it.

Prices are not great. Seems like they really just count on QUANTITY of goods in store. I'd recommend to just go and see it if you're a tourist and staying in the area because it is a really interesting place, but don't expect to buy too much.
