The Automated Trading Championship is over. In a bitter struggle three best trading robots were identified. These EAs brought their creators a well-deserved reward: By tradition, we give the floor to the winners. The first place has been won by Francisco Garcia Garcia from Spain.

For the first time in the history of our Championships multicurrency EA is on the top of the pedestal. It was an amazing experience, I'm very happy. Certainly, Automated Trading Championship was the most exciting Championship until the last second. My forecast was that multicurrency Expert Advisor would win the contest this year, but in November I could not imagine that would be my EA.

Congratulations to the winners of the second and third places, actually the podium has been hard fought. Contestants have submitted very good Expert Advisors, which curiously have not been as profitable as ones in previous years. In any case I want to congratulate all the participants for their hard work and good results. Over the past year we have seen lots of new features in MetaTrader 5 platform and MQL5 language, and today many big brokers have already incorporated or are incorporating MetaTrader 5.

At the same time, MQL5. Congratulations to MetaQuotes Software Corp. The second place with minimum difference in balance is taken by Juan Pablo Alonso Escobar from the USA. This was a very interesting Championship, and it remained intense until the very end.

There were also many interesting algorithms among all participants, and watching their performance was a valuable learning experience. The third place was unexpectedly taken by Alexey Masterov from Russia. His Expert Advisor auspiciously burst into the TOP in the last days of competition and got bronze for its creator. It is hard to overestimate the opportunities offered by automated trading. And the MetaTrader 5 trading platform and MQL5 language are reliable assistants in the fury of market forces.

If I had not had this extremely handy tool, it would be much more difficult for me to translate my abstract ideas into the source code of real EA that succeeded in the Championship and took the third place. Of course, this result was surprising even to me, because on the penultimate week of the Championship my Expert Advisor was not even in the TOP That just showed me that everyone should always hope and believe in good luck till the end.

It would be nice to know the answer soon because it is good to have enough time for development of the new EAs. I like this championship, so I hope there will be ATC I guess most likely there won't be ATC Since now it's May already and there's still no news.

We'll probably need to wait for MQL6 for a new ATC I have already started on EA plan Anything else is just fuzzy logic.
