Well, instead of using them in a roast lamb dinner, something that was too precious to mess with, I used them in a Lamb Biriani. It gave the dish a wonderful depth of flavour. Highly recommended for highlighting a lamb meal, but not a gravy. At home we have the chicken and the beef Oxo cubes and wanted to add the lamb stock cubes to our collection.

We were very disappointed. It has a very strong mint taste and flavour, so it is only for Lamb and Mint lovers. It didn't go well with lamb chops and I don't think it will suit any other type of meat.
